We cook with international ingredients and exotic and different flavours to complement our lifestyle changes and the enjoyment of sharing this experience. \nThis is an intense workshop with the focus on cooking for leisure and good living which is also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets alike\, the emphasis being on attainable and creative cooking. \nWithin the course we make seasonal adjustments which includes an unusual and inspiring\nlemon and tomato aubergine carpaccio\, an exquisite asparagus velouté \, dough transformed into flutes filled with delights\, a perfume dip and other morsels to make the culinary experience that much more special. \nIt is food with style\, designed for individuals who understand life.
