This fun workshop embraces and celebrates world cuisines from the globe with menu changes each quarter so there is always something new to look forward to the following season.
The session is segmented into 3 parts, 18.30 – 21.00;
I A detailed review of the country or region which includes cultural, significant historical culinary references and ingredient attributes followed by a full demonstration of 3-4 recipes depending on the recipe complexity. During the demonstration, the chef will impart ingredient and consumer knowledge together with skills pertaining to the recipes and is an open platform for attendees to ask questions they may have.
II A short refresh break and any questions for the chef.
III Dine and wine – enjoy the featured cuisine with half wine bottle and to share the experience with others in the group . All round, this is a social event with a difference where essential kitchen skills are experienced with insights and in depth knowledge from a commercial chef.
