This is an intense workshop with the focus on cooking for leisure and good living which is also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets alike, the emphasis being on attainable and creative cooking.
Within the course we make seasonal adjustments which includes an unusual and inspiring
lemon and tomato aubergine carpaccio, an exquisite asparagus velouté , dough transformed into flutes filled with delights, a perfume dip and other morsels to make the culinary experience that much more special.
